Claiming your hospital bill

If your hospital bill is being settled via a direct billing arrangement through your employer or insurance company, you will need:

  • A valid and complete Letter of Guarantee
  • A hospitalisation identity card from your employer or insurance company

It must include your room type and NRIC/passport number.

We regret that we are unable to accept a Letter of Guarantee from any company or insurance company that does not have a prior credit arrangement with the hospital.
