持久授權書 (LPA) 允許您在因意外或醫療緊急情況而喪失心智能力時，指定您信任的人來管理您的事務.
生活充滿變數，但您仍然可以決定，如果萬一您因意外, 中風 或 心臟病發作 而失去心智能力時，由誰來代表您發言和行事。

簽立持久授權書的 3 個簡單步驟
