Saminathan Murugappan is a physiotherapist.

He has over 23 years of experience in physiotherapy, working across tertiary hospitals, community healthcare and long-term care settings in Singapore and India. His experience spans orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric, acute and ICU rehabilitation.

Sami has a special interest in musculoskeletal pain management, as well as pre- and post-operative rehabilitation for joint replacement surgery. He is experienced in managing patients following orthopaedic and spinal surgeries, fractures and ligament injuries, and also provides rehabilitation for neurological conditions such as stroke and Parkinson’s disease.

He also has experience in acute and ICU physiotherapy, including early mobilisation, chest physiotherapy and functional reconditioning, and holds certification in Ekso robotic rehabilitation.
