Quek Wei Lin is a senior dietitian at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore.
She has more than 10 years of clinical experience in women’s health, fertility nutrition, and lifestyle medicine.
Wei Lin received her training in chronic disease management across both acute and community settings. Her areas of practice include diabetes care, bariatric nutrition, and non-surgical weight management. She was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) scholarship to understudy the WHY WAIT programme at the Joslin Diabetes Center. She has also served as a dietitian trainer for the Practical Obesity Management Course organised by SASO, supporting the development of evidence-based obesity management skills among healthcare professionals.
Drawing on her training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and emotional eating frameworks, Wei Lin integrates evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with behavioural science approaches such as mindfulness and motivational interviewing. This supports individuals and couples in making meaningful, sustainable changes that contribute to improvements in health, wellbeing, and fertility potential.
Her core focus is reproductive nutrition. Endorsed by the Early Life Nutrition Alliance, Wei Lin is a certified fertility and prenatal dietitian who supports couples through the first 1,000 days — from preconception to early parenthood — to optimise health outcomes for both mother and child.
