Sahayog Sahay is a physiotherapist.
He has a special interest in managing patients with musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, and chronic pain. He completed his specialisation in manipulative therapy at the University of Otago, New Zealand, with a focus on spinal conditions.
He has worked in acute care in India and has more than 20 years of experience in restructured hospitals in Singapore, bringing a wealth of expertise to his practice. He currently manages outpatient cases using a combination of Maitland and Mulligan techniques, exercise therapy incorporating basic Pilates methods, and various electrotherapy modalities.
He is committed to patient-centred care, actively involving patients in their rehabilitation planning to tailor treatments to their individual needs and goals.
