Sahayog Sahay is a physiotherapist.
He has a special interest in musculoskeletal, sports injuries and chronic pain. He is also experienced in handling cases involving orthopaedics, cardiopulmonary, neurology and intensive care.
He was formerly a physiotherapist in an acute care setting in India and worked in restructured hospitals in Singapore. He completed his specialisation in manipulative therapy from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
Currently, Sahayog is managing outpatient cases utilising a combination of Maitland and Mulligan techniques, exercise therapy including basic Pilates techniques, and various electrotherapy modalities.
He believes in patient-centric care and ensures that the rehabilitation planning is done in discussion with patients to identify their needs, and to set and achieve their goals.
He is also a clinical educator for the students from the Singapore Institute of Technology.
