She specialises in bariatric surgical and weight management.
She has more than 10 years of clinical experience in acute care hospitals and provides evidence-based medical nutrition therapy in various areas including weight management, diabetes, surgery, oncology, gastroenterology and paediatrics.
Hui Mei was a recipient of specialist training in bariatric surgery and paediatrics under the MOH HMDP fellowship in Cleveland Clinic in the United States.
She is also a certified exercise prescriber under Exercise is Medicine Singapore and a member of the Malaysian Dietitians' Association.
