Dr Fong has been providing care to women and couples trying to conceive for the last 18 years. He is a Ministry of Health-accredited IVF clinician, and he is one of very few IVF clinicians who manages both male and female conditions in the treatment of infertility. He was the first in Singapore to perform percutaneous sperm aspiration for men who are unable to produce sperm due to obstruction of the sperm ducts.

Dr Fong provides a complete range of services from investigating causes of infertility and performing laparoscopic surgery to enhance conception chances, implementing IUI and IVF procedures to help couples realise their dream of having a child.

In addition, Dr Fong also places a lot of emphasis on early pregnancy care, particularly for ladies who have had early pregnancy losses or miscarriages. Together with close antenatal monitoring, he helps expectant mothers to achieve as safe and as smooth a delivery as possible.
