Executive Chef Alan Sim
For the past 20 years, our Executive Chef, Alan Sim, has been an integral part of the culinary scene in Asia. Alan has held notable positions in both local and international hotels in Asia, including the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burg Al Arab in Dubai.
He has led the Singapore national culinary team to achieve numerous international awards.
Prior to heading the culinary team at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Alan owned and managed his own restaurant, Zen.
Today, he leads a team of innovative, passionate professionals committed to providing you with a healing gastronomic experience that includes contemporary interpretations of European, Japanese, Chinese, and Southeast Asian cuisine.
A nursing call handset will be placed by your bed, connecting you to our nursing staff 24 hours a day. Additional call bells are located in our bathrooms.
If you require the services of a private nurse, our ward staff can assist you in contacting a private nursing agency.
Your room will be cleaned daily by a member of our housekeeping team.
If you wish to have your clothes washed, pressed or dry-cleaned during your stay, simply let our ward staff know. We can arrange this for you at a charge.
