Food and nutrition have a direct influence on our health. The nutrition and dietetic services at Mount Elizabeth Hospitals provide nutritional care to enhance your health and support your recovery.

  • Individualised nutrition education and counselling to patients and caregivers on therapeutic diets

We also offer other nutrition programmes such as:

  • Chronic disease management for diabetes for corporate clients
  • Weight management
  • Cardiac rehabilitation nutrition

  • Complementary feeding workshop for parents with weaning babies aged 6 months and above

Medical conditions targeted by our services

Nutrition and dietetics services can benefit caregivers or patients with health conditions such as cancer, diabetes, eating disorders, food allergies, and faltering growth, poor weight gain, and fussy eating or poor feeding in infants and children.

Our services can also help patients with heart diseases, kidney diseases, and gastrointestinal disorders such as constipation, gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease.

Other conditions include malnutrition, obesity, osteoporosis, and organ or tissue transplant.

Making an appointment with our dietitians or nutritionists

Our nutritionists and dietitians offer both face-to-face consultations and teleconsultations.
