Dr Peter Lee is an orthopaedic surgeon at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore.
His specialties are paediatric orthopaedic surgery and adult spine disorders. He has more than 20 years of experience.
Dr Lee has been a consultant to major hospitals in Singapore and overseas. He is a visiting consultant at the National University Hospital, KK Women and Children’s Hospital and the Ministry of Health, Seychelles.
He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and went on to obtain his master’s degree from the University of Liverpool, UK. He then took on a fellowship in paediatric and spinal surgeries at Melbourne Children’s Hospital, Australia.
Apart from his clinical work, Dr Lee was the president of the ASEAN Orthopaedic Association and the Singapore Orthopaedic Association. He formed the ASEAN orthopaedic outreach programme for training doctors in the ASEAN countries. He also was a lecturer with the NUS’ department of orthopaedic surgery.
He has volunteered in disaster outreach emergencies in the region including the tsunami earthquake in Indonesia and the earthquake in Solo Indonesia
