The forum will feature 4 cancer type-specific focus track sessions running concurrently with the main panel sessions, delivered in a lecture format that begins with a presentation, followed by Q&A from the audience.
Each focus session is designed to provide a clear, structured understanding of a specific cancer type, combining medical insight with practical considerations relevant to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Topic: Blood cancer in 2026: New treatment paradigms
Time: 12.30pm – 1.00pm
This session explores how advances in haematology are reshaping the diagnosis and treatment of blood cancers. Dr Lee Yuh Shan will share insights into the latest developments across haematological malignancies, including lymphoma, and how these advances are influencing clinical practice.
The discussion will highlight emerging treatment options and evolving therapeutic strategies, offering participants a clearer understanding of how innovation is expanding possibilities for patients and informing more personalised approaches to care.
Topic: Life’s peachy sweet if you test, detect and treat!

This session will open with a broad overview of breast cancer, providing a clear and accessible understanding of the disease. Dr Sabrina Ngaserin will discuss the importance of early detection and screening and highlight key awareness points to help individuals recognise risk factors, understand the value of timely diagnosis, and take proactive steps towards breast health.

This segment with Dr See Hui Ti will delve into advances in breast cancer treatment and evolving therapeutic options, and explore how treatment strategies are becoming increasingly refined. Topic: Prostate cancer: A silent but rising threat

Prostate cancer is fast becoming the most common cancer in men in Singapore — yet many men remain unaware of their risk.
While early prostate cancer can often be treated successfully or cured, advanced disease continues to carry a much poorer prognosis. Dr Tan Yung Khan will share how prostate cancer develops, how it can be detected early, and what every man should know to protect his future health.

Topic:Surviving lung cancer – Will I? Can I?
Time: 2.50pm – 3.35pm
A diagnosis of lung cancer often brings fear and uncertainty, but survival outcomes are more nuanced than many people expect. In this session, Dr Steve Yang will explore what survival means in the context of lung cancer today, examining the factors that influence outcomes and how advances in diagnosis, treatment and supportive care are changing the landscape.
Topic: Uncover non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC): From symptoms to real-life journeys
Time: 2.50pm – 3.35pm
Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type of lung cancer, and this session will guide participants through recognising the symptoms that may appear, today's treatment options, and real-life case examples. With sharings from Dr Tanujaa Rajasekaran, the session provides a clearer understanding of the condition while highlighting the progress and hope that modern care can bring.

Attendees will have the opportunity to undergo a mammogram screening on-site with MammoXpress, the mobile mammography service by Parkway Radiology.
This specially equipped screening bus brings breast cancer screening closer to the community, making it easier and more convenient for women to check their breast health. The screening process typically takes about 30 minutes.
To ensure a smoother experience, we strongly encourage attendees to pre-register for a screening slot. Pre-registered participants will be able to select their preferred time slot in advance.
A limited number of walk-in registrations may be available on the event day, subject to remaining capacity.
